BROTHERS AND SISTERS RECORDS PRESENTS: Gooseball Brown - Coyote Crow Buffalo Beaver
Brothers and Sisters Records, with the release of Gooseball Brown’s Coyote Crow Beaver Buffalo L.P., once again attains that degree of excellence known exclusively by production communities dedicated to recording artists of the highest calibre!!!
Gooseball Brown, well known for songs that consistently grip the bare bones of the soul, was aggressively recruited by Production Mogul/ Maestro Instrumentalist Tom Jarvis to provide Brothers and Sisters Records with a gutter level, DIY mudfest, lo-fi scarecrow punk blues album.
Having acquired tons of fucky shit from the gutter with experiences ranging from arguing human rights with earthlings who insist upon wearing guns and badges to self-inflicted endurance contests versus such worthy friends as PCP, weed, cocaine and whiskey to helping to feed thousands of marginalized, hungry beautiful people, Gooseball took Mr. Jarvis up on his kind and timely offer to present you all with this rich tapestry of ambience-infused agony-laden. rip-roaring songs of valour, synarchy and spirit.
When we reached Mr. Brown for comment, all he said was “ I ain’t fell down the stairs yet, Rise to the top, cuz I called it, like Butta, so what.”
When further pressed, Gooseball snapped out, “ Looky here, I done BEEN in bands all over the place, stompin round Montreal fer awhile now, Popskull, Paradigm Shit, Merles Gitar Band, I gots my pedigree, you needn’t worry yerself none about that, came down off Foggy Mountain and landed with Jarvis and co., bangin like a tin ghost ever since that. Now, what we gots here is Pachyderm, Dust Bowl Era, and Bryron over at vague mémoire, them guys is PLAYIN and SAYIN, so I’ma fall in with them for awhile.” Delighted!!! “
